PURPOSES OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Collection and processing of the user's personal data specified in clause 3.1.1. of this Policy is carried out by the Operator in order to:
- identifying the user on the Site and providing him with access to the personalized resources of the Site;
- communication with the user, if necessary, including sending notifications, requests and information related to the use of the Site, as well as processing requests and applications from the user.
4.2. Collection and processing of the user's personal data specified in clause 3.1.2. carried out by the Operator in order to create statistics that helps to understand how users use the Site, which allows you to optimize its structure and content, improve the usability of the Site;

A RESPONSIBILITY
7.1. In case of failure to fulfill its obligations, the Operator is liable for losses incurred by the user in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the law, with the exception of cases provided for in 7.2. of this Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of the user's personal data, the Operator is not responsible if this information has become public before its loss or disclosure, or has been disclosed by the user himself or with the user's consent.
FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The operator has the right to make changes and additions to this Policy. The new version of the Policy is valid from the moment it is posted on the website https://intop.techinfus.com/en/, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Policy.
8.2. The current legislation applies to relations in the field of processing and protecting personal data that are not regulated in this Policy.
