The dimensions of the laptop and the case made of aluminum with a matte finish gives the impression that we are facing a twin of the classic MacBook Air. Indeed, the exterior design and metallic sheen make the EZbook stand out from the plastic gadgets found in any computer store. Part of the case, namely the display frame, is made of plastic. You can only distinguish it from metal by touch.
The dimensions of the 14.1-inch device are almost identical to the aforementioned MacBook. Probably, the company's engineers and designers, while developing their brainchild, were inspired by an expensive competitor with the Apple logos. The notebook is comfortable to hold in the hand and weighs 1.3 kg.
A well-assembled Jumper EZbook 3 Plus does not emit strange sounds, creaks and backlashes, even with significant squeezing of the lid and sides of the case. The gaps behind which the case latches are hidden are practically invisible, which also testifies to the solid build quality. The cover hinges are securely in place. The display holds up perfectly, it does not fidget when working with the keyboard. The lid itself opens slightly. This is due to a couple of magnets located next to the keyboard panel. They are necessary to securely fix the lid in the closed position.
Like any Chinese device, the hero of this review is endowed with the usual set of connectors, traditionally located on the sidewalls. On the left, there is a power connector with a charge indicator, as well as a couple of other important ports - USB 3.0 and mini-HDMI. On the opposite side there is an audio jack, an additional USB port and a slot for a microSD memory card. Three LED indicators can be seen next to the hinges of the lid. On the bottom panel, manufacturers have placed rubberized feet so that the laptop lies perfectly on a slippery surface. There are slots on the sides that hide the external stereo speakers.

According to the manufacturer, the Jumper EZbook 3 Plus laptop is endowed with an IPS-matrix, which is why the display always shows a clear picture. The maximum brightness level is enough for comfortable reading in normal lighting, however, under the bright sun the image starts to fade. You can work in such conditions with comfort, but watching a video in full blackout will not please you.
Keyboard
The keyboard of the device looks simple enough like any other laptop. The layout in this case is classic, if you don't take into account the lack of a block of Num keys and an inconvenient layout of buttons. When typing, it is necessary to get strictly to the central part of the key, otherwise, the character in the text will be skipped. It's all because of the small stroke of the buttons, to which you have to get used to it against your will. Users accustomed to a full keyboard will also have to get used to the fact that the PageUP keys and the like work only in tandem with the Fn (Function) button.
Another significant drawback is the lack of Cyrillic characters on the keyboard. Of course, this is not a problem if your fingers perfectly remember the default position of each character on the keyboard. The rest are recommended to purchase a set of stickers with the Russian alphabet.
In relation to the touchpad, the Jumper EZbook 3 Plus performed well. This module is allocated a standard place - in the center of the bottom panel, next to the keyboard. The touchpad is covered with ordinary plastic with a pleasant coating. The sensitivity is excellent, the response of the simulators of the right and left buttons is perfect. The only upset is the problems with multiple pressing. The touchscreen does not recognize some gestures, namely switching between windows. In the process, and from reviews about the laptop in many forums, it turned out that gestures for zooming and switching between desktops are a typical problem for such computers.
Performance
At the heart of the Jumper EZbook 3 Plus is the 1GHz dual-core Core M3 7Y30 with overclocking up to 2.6GHz. Working with graphics is provided by the familiar HD chipset. The amount of RAM is large enough to work in various conditions - 8 GB. The source of native memory is a built-in SSD-drive with a storage capacity of 128 GB. Not to say that this is a device with top-notch hardware, but this power is enough for daily tasks. The device behaves perfectly even when opening two dozen tabs in the "gluttonous" Google Chrome. But this model is not intended for toys. It should be remembered that there was no room for portable cooling inside the case, which will cause the laptop to warm up decently under intense load.
A set of wireless interfaces in the form of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are implemented in the middle class Realtek chip. The maximum transmission speed, with a free channel and a powerful router, reaches 60 Mbps.
The standard software shell pre-installed by the manufacturer is the popular Windows 10. Additional applications are not included.
There is no point in checking the sound quality and experimenting with the equalizer. Loudspeakers, in our case, are necessary to reproduce system sounds, maximum - for communication. It is enough that the speakers do not wheeze at maximum volume.

A battery with a capacity reserve of 9600 mAh runs under the laptop case. At maximum charge, the laptop lasted just over 6 hours in idle mode. Having loaded it to the maximum, for example, by launching a browser, connecting Wi-Fi, you can discharge the battery to zero in about 2-3 hours.
